I’m often asked how we source information. In short, low-liquidity opportunities that trust banks and major real estate firms find difficult to handle circulate by word of mouth and eventually reach us. It’s possible that we occupy a unique niche in this gap market. Generally, brokers only handle listings that can be closed within three months; we, however, will work with a client for as many years as it takes to complete a transaction, and as a result we have multiple repeat landowner clients. Our long-term relationships deepen our knowledge of the properties and build strong trust with our customers.
At the same time, while we prospect and approach potential buyers on our own, we also sometimes commission trusted subcontractors. It has been 16 years since our founding, and we will continue to refine our business model and strive to become an increasingly indispensable partner.
