  7. Our involvement periods are typically lengthy, ranging from a minimum of six months to a maximum of seven years for completed projects.
  8. We uphold confidentiality even after our involvement is completed (secrets go to the grave).

Success-based compensation system

Disposition Fee (Real Estate Sales Support)
The maximum fee is 3% of the transaction price.
Acquisition Fee (Real Estate Acquisition Support)
The maximum fee is 3% of the acquisition price.
Real Estate Development Advisory and Support
3-5% of the assumed post-development valuation (subject to discussion on the collection pitch).
Real Estate Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
The factor is based on a modified Lehman method applied to (stock transfer price + liabilities).
Inheritance Tax Planning Support
The duration of involvement and the current market value of the property will be subject to discussion.
Documentation of Real Estate Strategy Reports
